We are your
Official O.P.R.F. SPINNING® Center!!

SPINNING® - 5-10 minutes warm up ride. 20-30 minutes body of workout (riding profile may be endurance or strength-based with a blending of seated and standing flats, hills, jumps, running, sprints and recovery segments), 5-10 minutes cool-down ride, 5-10 minutes post-ride stretch.

SPINNING® PLUS - Same format as SPINNING® with increased time frame to accomodate a longer ride.

SPIN® & SCULPT - This hour-long class is composed of a 45-minute ride, including warm-up, all riding postures listed in SPINNING®, cool-down and stretch, as well as 10-15 minutes of upper body conditioning after the riding portion of class.  Riders may stay on for the upper body work, or are free to leave after conclusion of the riding portion.
